The subdivision consisted of 64 Single Family Lots. Toll Brothers initially purchased these lots on a rolling option from The Retreat at Firerock, LLC, in October, 2015. The original purchase price was $5,887,500 | $91,992/Platted & Engineered Lot. Grant D. Helgeson and Don McCaul of the Westland Properties Group represented both parties in this transaction.
