The project will be called Velora and is being planned for 137 Townhome Units. The cash purchase price was $5,480,000 | $40,000/Planned Unit. The Seller in this transaction was Dolly Varden, LLC. Grant D. Helgeson of the Westland Properties Group represented both parties in this transaction. The Westland Properties Group represented Dolly Varden, LLC on their initial purchase of this site.
