The project will be called Casino Royale and is planned for 291 Build For Rent Units | 10.5 DUA. The cash purchase price was $12,682,950 | $457,373/Acre | $10.50/sf | $43,584/Unit. Hancock Communities is partnering with Buyer to develop and build the project. Grant D. Helgeson and Don McCaul represented both parties in this transaction.
