July 10, 2026 – Stowe Holdings, LLC, purchased a ±1.21 Acre parcel located within the Warner Ranch Master Plan, located near Knox Rd & Kyrene Rd, Tempe, Arizona. The Seller in this transaction was Shea Homes. The site is currently being used as RV Storage facility for Warner Ranch homeowners. Stowe Holdings plans on holding the site and eventually replanning as Single Family lots. The purchase price was $420,000. Grant D.
