The site consists of 40 Platted & Engineered Lots as follows: 34 Lots | 75’ x 120’ and 6 Lots | 100’ x 130’. The cash purchase price was $17,000,000 | $425,000/Platted & Engineered Lot. The Seller in this transaction was Empire Residential Communities Fund II & III, LLC. Grant D. Helgeson and Don McCaul of the Westland Properties Group represented both parties in this transaction.
