July 29, 2020 – WJH LLC, the parent company of Century Complete Homes closed escrow on their first Option Agreement takedown consisting of 31 Developed Lots | 100’ x 120’ within the Wickenburg Vistas subdivision, US 60 & Kellis Rd area, Wickenburg, Arizona. The cash purchase price was $1,302,000 | $42,000/Developed Lot. The entire subdivision consists of 61 Developed Lots. The balance of the lots will be purchased on a rolling option over the next 18 months. The Seller in this transaction was JDM Business Ventures LLC & RDS Business Ventures, LLC. Grant D. Helgeson and Don McCaul of the Westland Properties Group represented the buyer in this transaction.
