December 29, 2020 - Blandford Homes was the successful bidder on a ±132.53 Acre site at auction dated March 21, 2019, from the City of Mesa.  Blandford Homes closed escrow once entitlements were approved.  The site is located at the Northwest corner of Recker Rd & Thomas Rd, Mesa, Arizona.  Blandford Homes is calling this project Reserve at Red Rock and is planning the site for 296 Single Family Lots as follows:  127 Lots | 50’ x 112’, 103 Lots | 60’ x 130’ and 66 Lots | 65’ x 140’.  The winning auction bid was $21,100,000 | $159,209/Acre | $3.65/sf | $71,284/Planned Lot.  Grant D. 36th & Southern, LLC / Avenue North purchased a ±9.64 Net Acres site located North of the Northwest corner of 36th St & Southern Ave, Phoenix, Arizona as part of an assignment transaction.  The property is being conceptually planned for single family homes together with an adjacent 8.16 acres of land that is owned by Avenue North.  The cash purchase price was $1,680,000 | $174,240/Acre | $4/sf. KHB/Keystone Homebuilders, Inc. purchased the site from a group of investors and assigned their interest to 36th & Southern, LLC. Keystone Homes will build out the entire project for Avenue North.
