August 4, 2021 – Blue Shore Holdings, LLC, a Morgan Taylor Homes entity, completed their phased purchase of 12 Fully Developed 80’ x 120’ lots and 104 Partially Developed 80’ x 120’ lots within the Wickenburg Country Club Estates Master Plan, located near US60 at Vulture Mine Rd, Wickenburg, Arizona. The total purchase price was $1,750,000. The Seller in this transaction was Wickenburg Country Club Estates LLC. Grant D.
